Steve is the Senior Pastor at YPC, as well as National Director of Next Level International (NLI), Assistant Leader of the AOG in District City North (which provides oversight for around 35 churches), Chairman of the YPC Eldership and a Board member of Wycliffe Bible Translators.
Steve has been Senior Pastor of YPC since 1994, and was Assistant Pastor and Youth Pastor at YPC prior to that. Steve has ministered extensively overseas and his goal is to see people trained and equipped to reach their full potential. He is a passionate preacher, teacher and leader. Steve is married to Maylin and they have two children.

Maylin is an Executive Pastor at YPC, she has been in Christian
leadership for over 20 years, and has been an ordained minister for more than
10 years. Maylin leads the Creative
Ministries team and oversees the Youth and Kids ministries. Maylin worked with
Students for Christ for a number of years, overseeing their Melbourne University
campus. She has a degree in Science (Melbourne University).
Maylin’s passion is to see
the area of the creative arts promoted and artistic talent celebrated in the
church. She has travelled extensively overseas – speaking, teaching and leading
creative teams. Maylin has directed a number of creative performances, such as Hunchback of Notre Dam, Superstar, Christmas in Oz and Prince of
Egypt. Her gifts are in leadership, preaching and mentoring. Maylin is married
to Steve and they have two children

Greg is an Executive Pastor of YPC, leading the area of mission, and emerge courses, as well as overseeing the care, welfare, counselling and administrative areas of YPC. Greg has had extensive experience in Christian leadership and ministry over the past twenty years, having been Executive Director of Youth for Christ and Program Director at Teen Challenge Victoria. He was a lecturer at Tabor Bible College for a number of years. Greg is a gifted teacher and preacher, and is passionate about mission and mobilising the church. He has preached extensively internationally. Greg is married to Sue and they have three children.

Simon is a Pastor of YPC, leading the YPC Pastoral Care,
Counselling and Community Care areas of the church. Simon worked as a teacher
and deputy principal for 23 years before commencing his present role at YPC in
1995.
He has a Diploma of
Teaching, Bachelor of Education, Graduate Diploma in Counselling and is
currently completing a Masters Degree in Counselling. Simon specialises in counselling people who have
experienced trauma and abuse, and his passion is to see people healed
emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually. Simon is married to Pat, and
they have three adult children.

Robbie is the Pastor of YPC Heidelberg. Prior to that he was the
Youth Pastor at YPC Lower Plenty, having been ordained in 2005. Robbie’s
ministry experience includes involvement with Teen Challenge in their St Kilda street
outreach team.
A professional guitar
player, Robbie has played in Christian bands in pubs, churches and Youth Alive
rallies, all over Victoria. Robbie, along with his wife Justine, pastor the
Heidelberg campus of YPC. Robbie’s strengths are leadership, motivation and
evangelism.

Nathan Flannery is the Children’s Pastor at YPC. He worked in the
retail industry until 2005, when he began at YPC as an intern in the Kids Works
area of YPC.
Nathan is currently undertaking theological studies.
In 2006, he was appointed
Children’s Pastor. His gifts are in the
areas of preaching, spiritual leadership, encouragement and creative arts.
Nathan is passionate about social justice, as well as seeing kids empowered and
following Jesus. Nathan is married to Sharlie.

Marie is currently Assistant Children’s Pastor, having taught
primary school children for 21 years.
Marie also worked voluntarily in the
Children’s Ministry area for over 20 years.
Her gifts are in teaching, creativity, administration and
organisation. Marie is married to Dale with two children.

Samuel is Youth Pastor at YPC, and is a member of the State Youth
Alive team.
Sammy has a Commerce Degree, from Deakin University, and is
currently undertaking theological studies.
He has travelled to Kenya
and Eastern Europe, preaching and ministering. Samuel is committed to seeing
young people come to know God, and living life to their full potential. His
gifts are in leadership, preaching and inspiring.

Sheenagh is Connections Pastor at YPC. Sheenagh has a background
in credit management at Linc Communications; where she managed a call centre in
Melbourne as well as managed the set up of a credit department in Jakarta,
Indonesia. Sheenagh has been involved in ministry as the Pre-school Kids Pastor
for a number of years at YPC.
Sheenagh is passionate about connecting people to the church and
each other, and seeing them reach their full potential. Sheenagh has been
involved in ministry and preaching in Kenya. Sheenagh is married to Tony, and
together they have five children.

Keith is the Operations Pastor, and a board member at YPC. Keith
has had extensive experience in translation, literacy and community
development, working in Indonesia for over 17 years.
Keith travels regularly to
Abun, Indonesia, where he and his wife Christine were responsible for
translating the New Testament of the Bible into the Abun language. Prior to
this he spent seven years teaching Accounting and Mathematics in high schools.
His gifts are in the areas of training, translation and
administration. Keith is married to Christine, and they have three children as
well as two grandchildren.
