OUR MISSION
At YPC God is calling us to be disciples of Jesus and to make disciples of Jesus

We believe...
As followers of Jesus we believe in:
-
The divine inspiration and infallibility of Holy Scripture as originally given and its supreme authority in all matters of faith and conduct.
-
The unity of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit in the Godhead.
-
The universal sinfulness and guilt of humanity since the fall, rendering men and women subject to God's wrath and condemnation.
-
The conception of Jesus Christ by the Holy Spirit and his birth by the virgin Mary.
-
Redemption from the guilt, penalty and power of sin only through the sacrificial death, as our representative and substitute, of Jesus Christ, the incarnate Son of God.
-
The bodily resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.
-
The necessity of the work of the Holy Spirit to make the death of Christ effective in the individual sinner, granting him or her repentance towards God, and faith in Jesus Christ.
-
The indwelling and work of the Holy Spirit in the believer.
-
The expectation of the personal return of the Lord Jesus Christ.

OUR TEAM

Ian Holder
Hi, I'm Ian this is my wife Sarah and our boys Tommy and Ethan. We moved to Yamba as a family in 2019.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with our family and watching sport, particularly cricket, mountain biking, and AFL - the first two I even still participate in!
We love Jesus, our church community and our local community. We believe serving and proclaiming Jesus is more than worth it because of his sacrificial love to bring lost people like us back into relationship with our loving God. In the person of Jesus God became flesh to bring rebellious humanity back to Himself - what's not to love! Come and explore with us here at YPC what it means to be Growing Followers of Jesus.

Lyndall Tarasenko
Hi my name is Lyndall Tarasenko and I have been a part of YPC since 2000. I am involved with women's ministry and children's ministry for preschool aged children. I am currently assisting with the administration tasks of YPC. I love God, my family, craft (especially scrapbooking and card making), sewing, my 2 dogs – Minnie and Pebbles. I look forward to sharing Jesus with people I meet and helping people grow in their knowledge and love of Him. I am so grateful for the great hope we have in His amazing plan of salvation for everyone who trusts in Him.
